Q.. For which devices is the support currently available?

A. The 4lock support is currently available for iPhone 3G and 3Gs and iPhone 4.
Q. What's included in the package?
A. The 4lock for motorcycles and bikes blister pack or box includes: one 4lock, one handlebar bracket, one rain protection cover, and tech sheet including instructions on how to mount and use it.
The 4lock for auto blister pack includes: 4lock, one suction holder, one air duct holder, and tech sheet including instructions on how to mount and use it.
The 4Lock Comnplete Kit include 4Lock holder, one suction and one air duct bracket to mount the 4Lock4 in your car, van, or truck, two handlebar brackets to mount 4Lock on bikes, motorcycles, strollers, gym equipment, as well as anything with handlebars, or any other kind of bar, with a diameter of 0.55" (14mm) to 1.37" (35mm). Also includes a rainproof cover to protect your Apple iPhone and tech sheet including instructions on how to mount and use it.

Q. Can I use the recharging cable with the iPhone inserted in the 4lock?
A. Yes, it is possible to connect the recharging cable with the iPhone inserted in the 4lock.
Q. Can I connect the headphones with the iPhone inserted in the 4lock?
A. Yes, you may use ear buds or headphones while the iPhone is inserted in the 4lock.
Q. Which phone keys are available when the iPhone is inserted in the 4lock?
A. All touch screen functions are available, as well as the volume key and the silent mode selector. Only the On/Off push button is not available.
Q. Does the 4lock support have supply/recharging functions for the iPhone?
A. No, the 4lock support is not a battery charger, however, it let's you use the original power cable.
Q. Where do I find the how-to instructions?
A. The multilingual instructions are inside the box or blister, as well as online (instructions).
Q. Does the 4lock for motorcycles and bikes include any anti vibration accessory?
A. Yes, the handlebar bracket is equipped with an anti vibration gasket.
Q. Is the product compatible with scooters?
A. At present, the product is not compatible for scooters.

A. Yes.
Q. What are the minimum and maximum handlebar diameters upon which the 4lock can be set?
A. The minimum diameter of interface is 0.78" (20mm) and the maximum diameter is 1.37" (35mm)
Q. How do I protect my iPhone for motorcycles and bikes when it’s raining?
A. The package includes a rain protection cover.
Q. May I use the touch screen when the rain protection cover is installed?
A. Yes, the touch screen can be used when the rain protection cover is on.
Q. Can I buy the 4lock in stores in addition to the Internet?
A. Currently 4lock is on sale in the US only on Amazon and on the company web site. However, we are currently setting up distribution in specialized stores. We will publish the 'Where To Buy" list online as soon as the 4lock is available in stores.
Q. Which payment methods are accepted online?
A. You may pay online using your Paypal account, or with a major credit card.
Q. Is the shipping cost included in the published price?
A. No, the price does not include the shipping cost.
Q. Is it possible to buy spare parts?
A. Spare parts will be available soon online.
Q. What should I do if a component is defective?
A. Should a component be defective, please contact us. If we are unable to resolve the problem on the phone, we will give you instructions on how to return it and we will substitute the component and refund the shipping cost.
